Terms & Conditions
New Orchard Fisheries reserve the right to cancel any order if we feel it to be fraudulent or mis-use of our website.
All items are sold as per manufacturers description and are covered by their guarantee.
Orders under 1kg will be sent via Royal Mail, proof of posting is obtained. All other orders will be sent using our courier.
Food orders will be sent the next working day or sometimes the same day, unless otherwise stated.
Fish will be sent using our overnight courier, Monday to Thursday, a signature will be required on delivery and a contact number is required once order has been placed. Deliveries will be made once we have confirmed with customer. Times cannot be stated or guaranteed, as this is out of our control. Fish are delivered between 08:00hrs & 16:00hrs.
We deliver to Mainland UK any other destinations please contact us first.
If you have a faulty item you have purchased from us, then please contact us first, as we may be able to rectify the problem. Any mis-use or incorrect installation of the product will not be replaced or refunded.
All returned items must be sent back in original packaging and in original condition, postage to be paid by returner.
Please read all instructions before you use items, as problems later will not be covered.
